When did the property open?
The Grand opening for Venue on Guadalupe was August 2007.
We are now accepting applications for immediate move-in, and pre-leasing for Spring/fall 2010.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, Venue on Guadalupe accepts pets up to 35 pounds (additional pet deposit required).
What Lease Terms are available?
12 month lease terms are available. Please contact our Leasing Center for the distinct pricing for these terms.
How far from the University of Texas is the property located?
Venue on Guadalupe is a very short 5 minute walk to both the campus and the “drag” on Guadalupe Street. See map
